# MGGA organic launch plan

Draft for user acceptance. No accounts created, posts scheduled or messages sent. Prepared using the social-content skill and the project brief; these are proposed editorial experiments, not predictions of reach or engagement.

## Audience and purpose

Speak to Pune residents, festival visitors and mandal volunteers with warmth and practical care. The action is to share a poster or read the celebration guide. Keep the campaign nonpartisan and rooted in culture, devotion and care for neighbours. Marathi supporting copy leads; the campaign name remains **Make Ganeshotsav Great Again** in both languages.

Three content themes: festival identity, one considerate habit, and WHO-sourced hearing-care guidance. Start with Instagram feed/story and a WhatsApp-friendly download. Do not create a posting obligation across every platform.

## Proposed first week after approval

| Moment | Creative | Purpose and destination |
|---|---|---|
| Launch | `poster-portrait-mr.png` and matching story | Introduce the campaign; link to the confirmed homepage |
| Two days later | `habit-access.png` | Invite one simple action; link to `/guide/` |
| Midweek | `explainer-01.png` through `explainer-03.png`, in order | Three WHO-sourced hearing-care tips; link to guide and sources |
| Weekend | `habit-clean.png` | Connect celebration with care for shared space |
| Following week | English identity poster if useful | Let participants share in their preferred language |

Choose the dates after publication approval. For a small first release, a few considered posts are enough to learn what people find useful. This schedule is a proposal, not an automated queue.

## Sharing and moderation

The site offers downloadable images and visitor-initiated sharing. A download is not a verified supporter. Do not imply that a person or mandal endorses the campaign unless permission has been documented. Avoid personal allegations, sensational claims and unsolicited messages. Any portrait or community story needs consent and a checked source before inclusion.

Suggested image description: “Make Ganeshotsav Great Again poster showing Ganesh at the centre of a colourful procession, with teal sky, marigold lettering, drums and an mb signature. Supporting message: Celebrate the culture. Care for the city.” For habit cards, describe the actual written habit first.

## Review after the first week

Ask which content people found useful and whether the downloads and guide were easy to use. Use voluntary feedback or social platforms' existing aggregate views if available; this project adds no website tracking. Adjust the next batch based on evidence. Do not manufacture reach, share or supporter totals.

## Outstanding before public release

- Confirm publication and the final hostname; replace the bracketed caption instructions above.
- Confirm desired artwork credit and distribution rights. Preserve the mb signature.
- Complete final user acceptance. Marathi agent review does not substitute for human editorial review.
- Recheck any legal, health or current-event material added later against primary sources. Habit cards are campaign proposals; the hearing-care carousel is sourced to WHO and was checked on 5 September 2026.
